Paragon Home Care, an in-home senior care giving agency, saw opportunity for growth but was in need of new staff in order to expand the company’s client base.

Business First Solution

After a Business First consultation, Paragon was referred to the City of Richmond Workforce Pipeline, a Business First partner and service provider for Richmond firms. The Workforce Pipeline identified likely sources of CNAs, screened candidates, and organized a hiring event. Paragon Home Care was so pleased with the pre-screened candidates that they hired all of them. The company intends to use the service again when future hiring needs arise.
