Ironworks, a technology consulting firm, was experiencing explosive growth. The company needed more space and more employees.

Business First Solution

Henrico Business First helped Ironworks locate a larger office space and also connected the company to the Virginia Department of Business Assistance (DBA), a Business First ally and service provider. The DBA walked Ironworks through the benefits it was entitled to as a result of the expansion. Overall, the company added 34,000 square feet of office space, will make a $20 million investment, and will hire 300 employees over a three year period.
