Hill Phoenix, a designer and manufacturer of display cases and refrigeration systems for the food retail industry, had an immediate need for temporary warehouse space.

As a Business First participant, Hill Phoenix knew it could reach out to Chesterfield County for assistance. Chesterfield County Economic Development was able to make direct contact with the broker representing the Enterchange, which is located directly across from Hill Phoenix’s facility. In less than two hours, the company was able to work out a short-term agreement which solved their warehousing issues.
