Virginia Export Program Recognized for Innovation
RICHMOND - Governor Bob McDonnell announced the selection of the Virginia Leaders in Export Trade (VALET) program for the newly created Bright Ideas program by the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. The VALET program was one of 173 government programs selected from more than 600 submissions for the newly created Bright Ideas program. Bright Ideas is designed to recognize and share creative government initiatives with interested public sector, nonprofit and academic communities nationwide.
